Overseed

Overseeding is the practice of seeding grass areas into an existing lawn. Overseeding can be done to thicken turf, add seasonal color, fill in bare spots and crowd out weeds.

Overseeding can be done in spring or fall. Cooler spring/fall temperatures are more conducive to seed germination.
